The firm has a long track record in private equity investment, originating and offering participation in syndicated product offering and private equity funds.
Key long term themes are identified and the optimal structure for investing in the opportunity is created, usually with longer lock-up requirements to profit from the longer term outlook of the manager.
In the past energy security was a core theme in which the manager invested.
